Seeking Registered Dietitian to complete the following tasks:

Resident Assessments.  Responsible for the assessment and planning of nutritional care of the residents in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Computerized charting, menus, and assist in department management.

Attend care plan meetings as needed.  Ensure quality foodservice is maintained and provided to the residents.

Nutritional Consults/counseling.

Requirements:

Must be Registered Dietitian or RD eligible

BS in Clinical Nutrition

Health Care experience preferred
