Beauty Shop We all enjoy looking as well as feeling our best. Pleasant Ridge Manor has a beauty shop operated by an experienced, licensed beautician. Our residents can schedule their hair appointments as they would like. During the summer of 1999, our Beauty Shop was renovated. Updated fixtures and a fresher look welcome residents.
Centrally located and easily accessible to our residents at Pleasant Ridge Manor West, the chapel offers religious programs to our residents and their families. Our chaplains hold services on a weekly basis and in celebration of religious holidays. The chapel is open daily for residents private use. All clergy are welcome to visit. Pleasant Ridge Manor East also has a chapel area where our chaplains provide weekly and holy day services.
A popular gathering area at Pleasant Ridge Manor West is our resident lounge. While there are smaller lounges on each of the nursing units, the main resident lounge is an area where residents can purchase snacks, coffee, the newspaper, etc., as well as to socialize. Pleasant Ridge Manor East has a warm, comfortably furnished lounge where residents enjoy visiting with each other and their families. There is also an area where snacks can be purchased, as well as a convenient hospitality cart. |
