Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Two years of experience or training in food service, preferably in an institutional environment. Must be fully familiar with volume food recipes & methods. Must be able to read & write so to understand recipes, instructions & directions. Must be able to work under time constraints, accurately weigh and measure and understand common weights & measures. Requires knowledge of diet modification & rationale as well as sanitary food prep methods.
