To be eligible for your traditional Medicare benefit in a skilled nursing facility, you must meet certain conditions:

• A three-day hospital stay within 30 days of admission to the skilled nursing facility.
• There are days remaining in your current benefit period.
• You have a certified need for daily skilled services.

Medical Assistance

Our Admissions Office can discuss the process of applying for Medical Assistance with you. Our Business Office will help you complete your Medical Assistance application.

Our Business Office will complete an insurance check for you so that you are informed of what your insurance plan is anticipated to pay for in a skilled nursing facility. We will also keep you informed of your Medicare eligibility. Our friendly staff works closely with everyone so that you have support and assistance in understanding and in processing insurance or Medical Assistance applications.
