Fat Tuesday Funnies

Six teams of four squared off for our 7th Annual Pancake Races on Tuesday, February 12th. Team members raced through an obstacle course with spatulas stacked high with flap jacks. Our reining champions, Team Maintenance, were de-throned by Team Dietary Management. Residents celebrated with masks, hats, beads, and noisemakers. The sound of everyone cheering and noisemakers filled our huge dining room with a festive spirit and healthy competition. What a terrific way to start the Christian Lenten season!
