October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Dennis is one of the sweetest men you'll ever meet. He is soft-spoken and fun loving. When he makes up his mind to do something, by golly, it's done! Our staff here; his aide Mike in particular, has gone above and beyond to help Denny fulfill his wish to help raise awareness for breast cancer, awareness, research, and support for those who've loved and lost someone to the terrible disease. Mike & Denny shopped on ebay for a while looking for the perfect pink. They found enough shirts for a month and Denny committed to the pink beard for two weeks. Our staff loves being involved in special causes such as this, but we love it even more when our residents take part too. So we want to say thanks to Denny, thanks to Mike for a job well done!
