It's SOUPer Bowl Friday!

We hosted our 3rd annual SOUPer bowl for our employees today and it was another huge success! We had: pasta fagioli, dill pickle soup, texas meat chili, loaded potato, red beans & rice, chili, chicken gnocci, cowboy chowder, broccoli cheese and a dessert soup: sweet potato s'more. When my mother needed nursing home care for her CHF, there was only one place I considered for her care, Pleasant Ridge Manor. My mother loved all the activities, and went to as many as possible.
