Pretty much everyone here is an animal lover of sorts. Last week, we enjoyed animals at the Albion Fair three days in a row. This week, we were spoiled with some local greyhounds, and tomorrow, the 17th, the Tree Family Party PIggies will be here for a visit and an oink! Lots of excitement!
Our Employee Volunteers helped welcome folks from all over the County to the Albion Fair last night as they were present at every gate from 5-7 p.m. in their bright blue shirts and smiles!
Yesterday, today and tomorrow, our Activities Department took and are taking groups of our residents to the Albion Fair for some good old fashioned fun, food and memories!
Angelo Phillips entertained our group yesterday afternoon, and this morning, Jill, one of our Activity Aides was in charge of our Candy & Snack Cart; always a favorite!

For those of us that really prefer the chilly weather over the hot humidity of summer, rejoice! Fall is almost here! Students of all ages are back to school, the clear blue skies have become more beautiful with big, puffy clouds, and the leaves are becoming a bit more yellowish. Sooner than later we'll have piles of snow...yipee!
What an incredible week it's been! With support from our community, vendors, friends, and employees, we raised $12,787 at our 25th Annual Golf Outing at Lawrence Park Golf Club. And during Erie Gives on Tuesday, we raised $3,625 before the pro-rated match! To say we are grateful is an understatement! Thank you Erie for helping us exceed our 2023 totals!!
